This is a used playground we built for a Church in Cresson. It was challenging to say the least! No blueprint, no instructions, 5 black/white photos to go off of! But with much prayer you can see it all came together. Installed the final crosstie border and ground barrier. A private company installed a special mulch made for playgrounds. Customer needed more room to back his trailer in under his cover. We installed a new down leg, removed the sheet metal wall, restructured the frame work, painted frame work and reinstalled the sheet metal. Worked out perfect! 24,000 square foot interior demo in Roanoke. 3 story building, indoor open air patios, outdoor covered patios, 3 restaurant kitchens, 20 pieces of large kitchen equipment removed, 40’ trash shoot. Mobile office that was abandoned for years. City of Fort Worth said it had to be demoed and removed. Plus the property needed to be cleared of all debris. 3 dumpster loads later and 1 load of scrap metal, everyone was happy and the owner was happy not to receive anymore citations! Demoed out the old wooden patio cover and built the 16’x20’ metal cover with gutter and down spots. Customer is installing his own drain system. Nice doing something a little different. New restaurant going in on McCart Avenue in Fort Worth. We were first in to dig the electrical utilities! 150’ long, two 4” lines, covered back up and tamped in to ground level. We have a Bobcat E26 excavator, if need lines dug give us a call!
