Ward visited the Ellicottville job site yesterday to ensure everything is prepared for Monday's excavation. The foundation has been scheduled for Thursday.

Ward put in some extra time today to get everything ready for pouring concrete at the new office garage. It turned out to be a pretty big job, so his friend Harley kindly stepped in to help him get everything wrapped up successfully.

After a bit of coercion, I was finally able to get Ward to go out to the job site on North St to do his inspection of the framing. He approved the quality of work of the framing, but he did say he was going to reach out to the labor board because of the lack of dog beds and treat containers on site, but as you can see from the last picture, he is back at the office getting his well deserved morning nap in after all that hard work. (I also want to note, despite having 3 different beds in his office to choose from, he chooses to sleep right in front of my chair on the carpet😉)

Ward wasn't available last night to inspect the framing of the walls before the trusses are set, so he sent in his back up for the inspection. Ward gave the guys the go ahead to set trusses this morning. Now after all of that hard work, Ward is now working on his morning nap.

Foundation day! 🏗️The Superior precast walls are in, and it's always impressive to watch them come together. This build is a little different with a Bilco door on the side of the house. Now on to the next phase!
