Cromp Universal Contracting LLC would like to sponsor a family
for Halloween and provide a child/children (under the age of 18), with a costume!

Include your Name, phone number and address so we can contact you if you are the winner and drop off the costume/s when they come in. Also, include your child /children's sizes, and what your child/children would like to be for Halloween!

Each family will be placed in a lottery, for one family to be selected!
