🏠 Another ABE success story — this one felt extra good!

We recently wrapped up a full porch roof rebuild for Ms. Sue Hermann, and we couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out.

The backstory: a previous contractor had built her a roof over her porch that was way out of NC building code compliance. Rather than patch a problem, we tore it down and did it right from the ground up.

Here’s what we tackled:

✅ Complete porch roof demo & rebuild to NC code
✅ Vinyl soffit & fascia on the eave overhang
✅ Pine bead board ceiling on the porch — painted bright white
✅ Removed a bedroom window & installed a new 32” exterior door
✅ Reinstalled gutters and gutter guard

The finished product speaks for itself! That bead board ceiling came out absolutely gorgeous, and Ms. Hermann now has a safe, code-compliant, beautiful covered porch she can actually enjoy.

🏠 Another ABE Project Complete! 🏠

Just wrapped up a full bathroom remodel and more for Patricia & Don Mondor, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Here’s what we tackled:

✅ Full walk-in shower floor/mud pan/drain conversion with black hex tile floor, decorative tile border, and full wall tile grout resealing, as well as some fresh paint on the existing tile trim to really freshen up the look

✅ New Linoleum bathroom flooring

✅ Modern sliding barn door with frosted glass panels and matte black hardware — a real showstopper

✅ New exterior door installation, and a new screen door with built-in pet door for their awesome lil fur babies
