A historic train station had zero room for construction so we didn’t build. We manufactured.
Four culinary concepts needed to open inside one landmark dining hall, each with its own equipment, prep space, and utility needs. Demolition wasn’t an option in an occupied historic building.
Instead: four independent modular kitchens, 160 sq ft each, delivered 95% complete, commercial-grade equipment, prep, refrigeration, and utilities already built in.
One unified food court, four working kitchens, seamlessly integrated into the building around it.
