Did you know it takes less than 6 hours for pipes to freeze in 22* weather!
Here are some tips to help prevent frozen pipes..

1. Leave a small drip running through the pipe

2. Shut off water to your outside hose bibs

3. Wrap pipes in insulation tubing

Tree roots can grow back in between the clay joints in your sewer line every 12 to 18 months, if your home is over 35years old we highly recommend having a camera inspection done to ensure these aren't growing in yours
