Have loose 2 or 3 prong outlets in your house? Found this gem in a house on a service call, customer was out of town and had someone come by to check on the house and could smell something burning, only thing plugged in was a surge strip with a TV. Fire department was quick to respond and turn off power to the room and we came over to check out the wiring and replace the outlet and we even cleaned up the wall the best we could, she was very lucky that she had someone that was checking on the house that day.
