* How we operate and what we charge --
* MOWING--
Mowing is our core business. It's what we spend most or our time doing, and what we have the most experience in. We believe our niche is in our flexibility. Whether you have a large, multi-acre, commercial property, or a small city lot, we promise to listen to you, and mow your lawn the way you want it done. For instance, if you want us to mow a certain direction, or you want us to change mowing directions periodically, that's no problem. If you want your grass cut to a particular height, we'll adjust our mowing decks, at your request. We'll even cut your front lawn at a diagonal direction, if you like! We also clean out our decks and sharpen the blades on a regular basis, so your grass always gets a neat, clean cut. And normally we mulch the grass, but if you want the clippings bagged (every cut or just once in a while), that's no problem ! If you have a Trash can or compost pile or even just a spot you don't mind it being placed we only charge $10 extra ! Or we can bag all the clippings in our own construction bags and haul All compost off for a few of $25 extra ! (May need to make multiple trips to haul all trash/shrub/grass clippings.) ( Won't expect payment until last bags are loaded for take away!) We recommend mowing your lawn at least once a week as to keep the height at a reasonable level. If the grass is to high and you do not plan on paying the bag fee , the amount of dead grass might be harmful to the health of your lawn ! Reguardless of the circumstance were here for you weather you or need to use us one time or for the entire year round ! (spring/ summer / fall / winter)
Our mowers are professional grade and i always try to keep them well-maintained. We use POULAN PRO , LAWN BOY and MURRAY mowers ranging from 20" push mowers (MURRAY) and 22" self propelled walk behinds. (POULAN PRO , HONDA & LAWN BOY) (suited for all small and large properties.)
* TRIMMING--
In our opinion, the trimming makes the lawn look complete and detailed ! Performed correctly (in conjunction with mowing), it really gives the lawn a neat and clean appearance. And because of the skill involved in making the lawn look neat without scalping the grass we are trained and pride ourselves in doing professional jobs. & as in mowing, we try to go the extra step to maintain customer satisfaction by including this service in the 35$ package ( package trimming includes edging drive ways, sidewalks and w**d eating around the base of the house )(any other trimming/ edging or any removal of excessive w**ds and shrubbery are not included in the $35 package ) ! We also trim down unsightly w**ds wherever they grow - such as cracks in driveways and patios (included in $35 package) . We also find that customers prefer a clean, edged look along driveways and sidewalks. So, we turn our trimmer head to cut in a vertical direction in these areas witch are included in the original package for the one time rate of $35 .
For most customers, we trim whenever we mow. However, if you prefer, we can quote the two seperately, and trim with less frequency.
We also hear from people who don't mind mowing their own lawn, but hate to trim (w**d eat). If this describes you, we can help by coming periodically and just trimming for you. Most of our customers that get this service, have us come about every week or two.
* BLOWING--
Blowing off driveways, patios, and sidewalks is performed every time we visit a property and is also included in the original $35 package There is no additional charge for driveway, sidewalks or porches! just part of leaving the property in a neat and clean condition. We DO however charge an extra fee of $15 to blow off the lawn . (EXAMPLE- you only have your lawn cut once every 10-14 days and the grass is extremely high and you do not plan to have it bagged during the mow then there will be a lot of extra grass on the lawn ) In these situations we recommend to have us bag it while we mow , if there is to much dead grass on your lawn it could make it hard for the grass to breath and get proper care from the sun light !
* SCHEDULING--
At Kruse & Co Lawn Care, we want to ensure that our services are providing benefit to our customers. So, we will not lock you into a mowing schedule,or contract (unless you prefer ) and continue mowing whether your lawn needs it or not. We are open to whatever mowing schedule meets your needs, and we are happy to adjust the schedule (at your request) to account for rainfall and seasonal changes. For most customers, we mow every week or every 10 days. Sometimes even a little more frequently in the spring. Often times these customers will skip a mowing here or there in the summer (or during a dry period), or just cut back on the schedule. This is fine, and we also have some customers who just call when they'd like their lawn mowed. Normally, we can get to a call-in within the same day or if we can't we try to make it in no more than 2 days maximum . We're also glad to do one time jobs, such as when you go on vacation or just get too busy. Also, if there is a certain day of the week you like the lawn cut on, we'll do our best to comply (weather permitting of course)!
* PRICES ---
We do our best to keep prices at the $35 mark ! You will be hard pressed to find anyone charging lower prices for the quality and amount of detail included in the $35 package! The below table will give you an idea of our 2018 pricing. However, we like to have a look at your lawn before making any final pricing arrangements. Also, these prices are for regularly maintained lawns. We'll probably have to ask for a higher price if the lawn is allowed to get tall!

Apply to most average lawn sizes ( 90% of ALL neighborhood lots are included as average sized !) Unless lawn is abnormally high.
* MOW-- Regular side discharge. ( mulching is included if lawn is regularly maintained)
* TRIMMING-- Edging- Driveways, Sidewalks, and W**d Eat house perimeter. ( if w**ds are excessive or extremely thich/ high an extra few will be charged depending on the severity of the job)
* BLOWING-- Blow off Driveways, Sidewalks and Porches/ Patios. (any extra blowing will be an extra charge depending on severity/ amount of needed blowing)

$20 - $50 - * GUTTER CLEANING - ( Depending upon size and severity or job.)
$10 - $30 - * WINDOW WASHING - ( Depending upon amount of windows and floors on said home!)
$20 - $40 - * CAR WASHING - (depending upon amount of mud/ dirt and size of vehicle.)
$ - Price Negotiable - * DOG WALKING/ FEEDING
*** All Prices And Jobs Are Negotiable and payment arrangements can be made depending upon amount of work or how long we will be returning for . For example a customer who has us return once a week every month will be able to negotiate a better price and more services for less than a one time use ! We aim to satisfy our loyal customers and keep them using our services! We will always strive for the perfect cut on even a one time job in Hope's that we shall be asked to return again !
