As of 9:30 PM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, we are providing an additional update on the ongoing winter storm. Current forecasts indicate the heaviest snowfall is expected between approximately 10:00 PM Saturday and 12:00 PM Sunday, with lighter snow continuing into Sunday evening. Tonight’s Plan Our crews will be heading home to rest and will resume operations at 3:00 AM to maintain optimal safety and effectiveness during this extended storm event. We will work throughout Sunday to maintain accessibility and will continue service until all parking lots are cleared once the storm has ended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is a large, multi-day storm with extreme cold and hazardous conditions. Our team remains committed.

Hello everyone, we are providing an update on the current status of our snow operations as the storm continues. All drive lanes have been plowed, and several properties have received a full plow where conditions permitted. However, due to the extremely cold temperatures and ongoing snowfall, we are not applying salt or salt brine at this time, as these treatments would be ineffective in the current conditions. Our crews will remain active to maintain accessibility as snow continues to accumulate. Once the storm has ended and conditions allow, we will conduct a final cleanup to address remaining snow and enhance overall site conditions.

Landscape Foreman (Crew Leader)
Pay: $25 + per hour (DOE).

Responsibilities: Lead a crew of 2-4 members, manage daily schedules, ensure quality control, and operate mowing equipment and some  heavy equipment  (skid steers, excavators).
Requirements: 3+ years of landscape experience, 1-2 years in leadership, and a valid driver's license with trailer experience.

Landscape Laborer (Crew Member)
Pay: $18 + per hour (DOE).

Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance (mowing, trimming), planting, mulching, and hardscape assistance.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a positive attitude. No experience? We provide training!.
