This homeowner was just about ready to give up on their paver patio and tear it out completely. Multiple companies had attempted to fix it in the past, with some even recommending starting over from scratch.

We were determined to find a solution and give our client a patio they could enjoy again.

We repaired the pavers, stripped the existing sealer, thoroughly washed and cleaned the surface, and completed an efflorescence treatment. Once everything was properly prepped, we finished it off with Ure-Seal H2O to protect the pavers and bring them back to life.

Spring is the perfect time to bring your outdoor space back to life 🌿

This patio was unfortunately sinking toward the house, causing improper drainage and an uneven surface. We carefully lifted and re-leveled the pavers, restoring the proper pitch to direct water away from the home—protecting both the patio and the foundation.

To finish it off, we gave everything a full power wash and applied fresh polymeric sand, locking everything in place and giving it that like-new look again.
