I would like to donate Twinkly LED Christmas lights to cover the city Christmas tree. They are app controlled mappable/color changing Christmas lights. This means the lights can all be synced together to create different effects and patterns for every night during the holidays. This could make our tree stand out from any other cities and give people a reason everyday to check out our tree. Is there anyone at the city I can speak too?
