The revival of the historic Casa del Rey building in Pontiac is an inspirational story of perseverance and vision. Please check out the article and video.

The GTJ team was tasked with the day to day maintenance of this building for many years of it's vacancy. The commitment shown by the Oakland County Treasurer's Office saved this building from being demolished and today it has been brought back to life. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Casa del Rey, 111 Oneida St., has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1989 but had been vacant and decaying for 20 years before being restored.
