1. GREAT COMMUNICATIONS: Over the years we have realized that as the customer you often need and deserve to have questions answered. These questions may come up before you commit to a new roof or they may come up during the roofing process. We have a wealth of knowledge about the roofing industry / materials and if we cannot answer your question, we have the resources at our disposal to get the information you need. You can expect to see our management team at the start of your job, in the middle of completion and when the job is completed. 2. SUPERIOR CLEAN UP: We utilize our own equipment, including dump trucks and whenever possible we remove the debris from the roof directly into these trucks. In the event the debris cannot be directly deposited into the trucks, our crews meticulously clean up as necessary. After the site has been completely swept or raked, we finish the cleanup by using a high-powered roller magnet to collect any nails that remain on the ground. Following each and EVERY job, you can expect to see Tom making the final inspection to ensure the clean up meets or exceeds your expectations.
