Found on a rental property. The person hired to repair the window thought it was fine to use a piece of plex, caulk it in place, then use thin strips pf wood to attempt to hold it in place. In the process, they cracked the plex so they caulked the crack also. Now this property owner has to pay someone to do it right the 2nd time.
