Out in Imperial, MO where we installed a full broadcast flake epoxy floor with a polyaspartic top coat for our client. The flake blend here is nightfall. This is probably our favorite flake system for a bit of a darker floor. The flake blends perfectly with the base coat color giving an even more seamless looking floor.

A homeowner in Creve Coeur originally reached out to us wanting an epoxy floor for their basement.

After talking through the space, we recommended going a different direction.

They had experienced water issues in the basement and also needed something that would hold up well with pets. Instead of installing a traditional epoxy flake system, we went with a wood plank concrete overlay.

One of the biggest advantages of an overlay in a basement is that it can remain breathable, allowing moisture v***r to move through the system rather than potentially becoming trapped beneath a non-breathable coating.

It also gave them a completely different finished look. They get the warmth and appearance of wood plank flooring without putting actual wood, LVP, or another moisture-sensitive flooring material over the concrete.

Epoxy is an excellent flooring system when the conditions are right. But sometimes the better solution is knowing when not to use it.

That’s why we offer multiple flooring systems instead of trying to sell the same floor for every space.

Assumption Catholic School in South St Louis County MO,needed some help with the bathroom floors prior to the new school year. While tearing out all the tile wasn’t in the plans, we were able to cover the floors anyway. We did a full grind of all tile, inspecting for any loose or damaged sections. Allowing us to apply our full flake system over the tile floors. We then topped things off with a polyaspartic top coat.

This should help the restrooms hold up and create a more easily cleaned surface for the staff.

Back to school means lots of work for the staff keeping things moving for the kids. Our repeat client in Belleville IL needed some help getting the cafeteria ready for the 2026-27 school year.

We installed a full broadcast flake epoxy system with the Cabin Fever blend. A polyaspartic top coat was added to top off the system.

Our client in Arnold, MO needed some help completing their basement project after flooding caused damage.

Initially they reach out about our epoxy flooring; however, we were able to show them our concrete overlay option in the wood plank design instead. This system is far more waterproof than epoxy and offers that wood floor look so many want in a finished basement without the worry of water damage.
