Never go with the lowest bid unless you have references from people you know, they’re either scammers or have no experience. How do we know? We’re redoing a deck with so many safety issues, done by the guy who gave them a good deal. Now they’re paying twice as much than if they’d gone with a solid, middle priced bid by a company with good references.

Need a new garage or shed? Peerless does outbuildings! This garage was in rough shape. The guys saved the homeowners money buy taking it down and salvaging what was still useable and rebuilding it. New cedar siding, drywall, and shingles makes for a new garage, but they also made sure everything inside was in good repair and replaced what was necessary to make sure it lasts!
