***HISTORICAL HOME RENOVATION SPECIALIST***

This home off South Broadway is likely one of the oldest in St. Louis. Built in the oldest neighborhood in St. Louis, Carondelet, it pre-dates the St. Louis' city deed system started in 1821. We filled an ancient cistern and salvaged several glass artifacts during excavations including a full cork top medicine bottle likely dated to civil war era. We love St. Louis and always try to promote and preserve it's history.
