3125 Cliff Drive. Soon to be a 39,600 SF metal warehouse.
If you saw our last update, this project has come a long way — moving from structural steel to a fully enclosed building. A lot goes into getting to this point, and it’s always exciting to see it come together.

Conway Completes Two Projects for Elementis Specialty Chemicals Company

Conway Contracting was thrilled to complete two renovation projects for the St. Louis location of Elementis Specialties, a leading global chemicals company. The first project included renovation of an industrial locker room, bathroom, and gang showers, and creation of women's shower facilities, locker room and bathroom. The second project included the repair, renovation, and installation of a specialized industrial dryer that had been damaged by fire, and included the demolition of compromised equipment and the fabrication of new components.

Conway Contracting Tackles Construction Dilemma
For Dental Supply Company

Conway Contracting recently helped Young Innovations, a dental supply company, to sell and lease back existing warehouse space in Earth City, MO. Conway’s team implemented and addressed numerous items (large and small) including racking issues, permitting issues, emergency lighting, new fire sprinkler system and riser, etc. Coordination and timeliness was of critical importance, since Young was not able to occupy the building during the rework.
