We're definitely not tech savvy 🤦🏾‍♂️ messed up the scheduled post meant for yesterday, so for today's What's that Wednesday we have snow 🤣. With most of the country given an extreme weather alert for the weekend, preparing for a snow/ice storm is vital for lawn maintenance.

Most companies, if they offer weekly service, should roll you into winter services once the grass goes dormant, and this task should be part of your year-round maintenance program. Safety is the main priority during these times. If you are unable to do it yourself, please reach out to a company that can assist. Do not put yourself in a compromising position in a situation like this.

Say a prayer for his family and friends, and also hug your family a little tighter tonight. Never let a chance go by to tell the people you Love that you Love them. I call it a weasel, since a major brand is Garden Weasel, the cultivator helps aerate and break up compacted soil, allowing it to breathe better.

I personally love this tool when filling in bare spots and after overseeding. Run over the yard or designated area you're working in and spray a little bit of water, and you'll guarantee better seed to soil contact, and ultimately kick start a healthier lawn.

Give the weasel a whirl. You won't regret it.

As the leaves fall, you should check your gutters as well. Leaves, pine needles, twigs, and much more can clog along with silt/mud can sludge things up. A reputable lawn maintenance company should always suggest a roof & gutter cleaning along with a property clean-up. That way you have the peace of mind knowing all fallen debris has not only been removed from the yard but the house as well. Quarterly checks are also recommended to ensure they stay clear, especially during the rainy season. Get those gutters cleaned St. Louis.
