Quick reminder with the change of season to make sure your utilities are safe.

With the dip in the overnight temperatures some of us may have cycled our furnaces. We should all take a moment this time of year and do a quick safety check for our homes.

1-Check your smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide detectors and replace batteries. If they are over 10-years old replace and upgrade with a combination Smoke/CO detector

2- Check and replace your air filters, look along bottom of water heaters to make sure the screen is clean.

3-Visually inspect your water heater and furnace flue pipe for any cracks, rust or other safety concerns.

If you are unable or unsure on how to do any of the above give us a call or text to schedule a maintenance and safety check on your equipment.

We had a great week getting a lot of people their Air Conditioner working again after this little heat wave, but unfortunately some systems couldn’t make it. We had to move our schedule around several times to accommodate those with no AC and are grateful for our customers that were so understanding. We thank you all!

One of the systems that didn’t make it and got replaced this week.

Here’s our latest installation, this one turned out to be super labor intensive, but the final results are pretty amazing! Airflow increased almost 40% with new straight duct work and the second floor is 10 degree cooler than before! We love it when our customers say it was everything they hoped it would be.

This one is worth the read (Hopefully a like and a share)! Long story short, a new customer had us come out for an estimate. After a few minutes of conversation we came to the conclusion that his system was starving for air! To put it in simpler terms the pressure of the system would have made a cardiologist take a patient straight to the surgery room! After our surgery performance we got this customers pressure so good the doctors prescribed some cookies for dessert!

In heating and air conditioning it’s always the ABC’s, airflow before charge. We proved the system was running with improved airflow by repeating the tested we did before we replacement and increased airflow by nearly 50%!

The final product looks just as good as it is performing!

Some days it’s just experience that’s needed to resolve an issue another person couldn’t find. Needless to say within a short time period we had this customer back up and running.
