We've been keeping pretty busy around here lately! We've added a second landscape/hardscape crew to the B&B team, and these guys have been absolutely killing it! 👏💪 Check out this grading and sod job they just wrapped up!

This client added a putting green at their office, but the surrounding area needed a little TLC. That's where we came in!

🚛 6 truckloads of topsoil brought in and graded out
🪨 A fresh rock bed installed around the putting green
🌱 New sod to finish everything off

What started as a rough space is now looking pretty darn good! Not a bad spot to sneak in a little putting practice on a Friday afternoon. You know... for team building purposes, of course. 😉⛳

Huge shoutout to our new crew! They've hit the ground running, and we're proud of the work they're putting out. It's not always easy getting a new crew up and going, but these guys are making it look easy!

Now, who's ready for the weekend?!

We’ve been working on a pretty big project lately, and while we can’t show you everything just yet, we had to share one of our favorite additions. 👀

It’s something we don’t get to incorporate into every project, but it completely changes the feel of an outdoor space.

There’s just something about the sound of running water that makes everything feel a little more peaceful—and a fountain adds that timeless, classic touch at the same time. 💦

Fountains are such a beautiful addition to any outdoor space, and we can’t wait to show you how this whole project comes together!

Mother Nature finally remembered it’s FALL. 🍂👏

The windows are open, the hoodies are coming out, and for once we’re not sweating just walking to the truck.

You know what that means…

Time to start talking about the season nobody wants to think about yet. ❄️😂

🍂Why is fall a great time for tree trimming?

As trees begin to go dormant and lose their leaves, it becomes easier to see the overall structure of the tree and identify dead, damaged, crossing and weak branches.

Trimming in late fall can also:

🍁Reduce the risk of broken limbs during winter storms
🍁Improve the tree's overall shape and structure
🍁Remove dead or hazardous branches before snow and ice arrives
🍁Prepare trees for healthy new growth in the spring
🍁Make it easier to spot problem areas once the leaves are gone

If you have trees needing a little attention, now is a great time to start planning. Our fall trimming schedule will fill up quickly -- contact us today at 636-312-0919 or send us a message to get on the schedule.

A little throwback to where it all started. 🌱

Back in the grass mowing days, before all the technology and systems we have today, we kept our records the old-fashioned way — in a notebook. 📓😂

Every lawn, every job, every note… written down by hand.

It’s pretty wild looking back and seeing how far we’ve come. What started with mowing grass, hard work, and a notebook has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of.

Ahhhh, the memories. 💚🌳

Never forget where you started.

Another front yard transformation complete by B&B Tree & Landscapes! 🌿🏡

For this project, our crew installed a new 32-foot Versa-Lok retaining wall along the front of the home, complete with capstones and fresh soil backfill ready for future landscaping. We also removed the existing turf, regraded the front and right side of the property to improve drainage away from the home and installed fresh fescue sod for a clean, finished look.

The difference speaks for itself! A more defined landscape, improved drainage, and a fresh new lawn all in one project.

Dare we say it… the dreaded S-word. 😬

❄️ SNOW. ❄️ ...Where did you think we were going with this?

We know, we know. It’s still 90 degrees outside and winter feels like it’s a LONG way away. The last thing anybody wants to think about right now is snow and ice.

But for commercial property owners, now is the time to start planning.

B&B Tree & Landscapes is currently putting together our commercial snow removal schedule for the upcoming winter season.

If you own or manage a commercial property — or know someone who does — and would like a quote for snow removal, let us know!

Well, we got rained out yesterday… kind of. 🌧️🌳

Just because the rain stops the regularly scheduled work doesn’t always mean the work stops.

We got a call that a tree had fallen across the roadway, and when something like that happens, what do you do?

You do one of the things you know how to do best — call in a great team and get the job done.

These guys showed up, worked together, and did an awesome job getting the roadway cleared and safe again.

We say it a lot, but it’s true: we’ve got a great crew. When the unexpected happens, they’re ready to step up and get to work.

Great job, guys! 💪🌳
