🏢 WE’RE HIRING: COMMERCIAL ROOFING ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform roof inspections and gather accurate field measurements and project information
• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid requirements
• Prepare material takeoffs, labor projections, estimates, and professional proposals
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and general contractors
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Track project costs, labor, schedules, change orders, and profitability
• Communicate with customers and field personnel throughout production
• Attend preconstruction meetings and perform regular jobsite visits
• Identify new opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships
• Continue estimating new work while effectively managing active projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Commercial roofing estimating and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids and active projects
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and motivated to succeed
• Basic computer and estimating software skills
• Valid driver’s license and a professional attitude

⚠️ This Is What a Neglected Commercial Roof Can Look Like
