Cat D6N idler bearings went out wore a groove in the roller frame I was able to weld the groove up and grind it back flat.

Added a screen at this plant and had to extend this conveyor to feed it.

At 773E cam follower retainer broke replaced all the followers and the camshaft this was quite the job as this is a 3412 engine and the cam is pretty heavy and hard to guide through the block.

John Deere 844 transmission control valve the machine would not shif into first gear I tracked the problem down to this valve and found all this metal which was causing the problem. I don’t know what was failing in the transmission as the customer decided to put it back together and park the machine and not fix it.

Cat C9 in a crusher cam follower retainer broke and the roller follower turned sideways and ate a groove in the cam. Luckily I was able to remove the follower as sometimes the ears on the end bend and you have to tear the engine down and dive them up enough to remove the cam. I replaced all the followers and installed the updated retainers and a new camshaft.

Cat 773E strut had a crack I gouged it out and welded it back up.

Cat D6M had to replace 3 o-rings for the transmission unfortunately I had to pull the transmission and split the differential housing from the transmission housing to do it allot of work for such just some leaking o-rings.

Newholland 8160 replacing the synchronizers in the transmission it was kicking out of gear when you shifted from forward to reverse.
