Earlier this year, we completed a renovation for Federico Kia to modernize their dealership in Wood River, Illinois, in alignment with the Kia 2.0 Gallery Facility Image Program. The project encompassed 31,000 square feet of renovations, including a 10,000-square-foot expansion into an adjacent tenant space and the addition of a new service reception area. The exterior façade was fully renovated, featuring an increased showroom curtainwall head height that creates a bold and visually striking presence.

Construction of a new 70,000-square-foot facility for Clement Auto Group is underway along Interstate 70 in St. Charles, Missouri. The state-of-the-art building will include the company’s corporate offices, a 28-bay service center, a body shop, a detail center, and a photo booth. The building is expected to be completed in 2026.

The development features 2 wood-framed buildings—rising 4 and 5 stories—housing 316 one- and two-bedroom residences above ground-level amenity spaces and integrated parking.
