Continuing with our “never posted pictures” add campaign here we have a new sliding patio door and stain glass window with custom door and window trim We opened up the previous exterior wall of the house, installed a header and widened the opening for entry into the newly added sunroom. This one was done for one of our favorite clients Jeanette McDermott. Jeanette always has a creative pallet and lets us run wild with the design. She always finds the most interesting decor including this awesome stain glass window she picked out. This is only one of many projects we have completed for Jeanette, thank you for always putting your trust in us and continuing to use Serenity Renovation for all your creative projects!

Continuing our “Never Posted Pictures” add campaign here we have a custom set of built-in storage shelves built for some of our favorite clients Jeff and Jodi Miller! She needed specific and custom basement storage for her crafty art supplies and miscellaneous items so we designed and constructed this storage rack out of maple cabinet grade plywood and capped off with solid wood face frame. It was fun to build and turned out beautiful!

Continuing my “Never posted pictures” ad campaign, here we have another patio we completed for one of some of our good friends and Neighbors Matt and Christine Sisul for their business CoRadius Coworking on Macklind Ave in Saint Louis. We completed this patio and retaining wall project back in 2020 right before the world went into a crazy time! Just flipping through my pictures and I found these beautiful stairs, out cropping rocks and edging my Dad and I built prob 5 years back and I never shared them. That tends to happen after landscape projects, not our main focus but I enjoy doing them from time to time. We did all the planting on this one and it filled out so nice when I seen them a few years later!

Home renovation Company looking to hire carpenter helper. Experince helpfull but not required. We specialize in historical residential renovation including kitchens, bathrooms, sunrooms, decks, additions, patios and hardscapes. We are a diversified company and are looking for a well rounded individual who has experience or willingness to learn all aspects of construction and home remodeling. Out with the old and in with the New!

This was a great transformation of a worn out space in much need of makeover! My client and her cats had been complaining about thin walls, moldy carpet or drafty windows. Well we fixed them up with this complete tear down and rebuild of backyard sunroom. The interior is finished off with new sliding windows, custom trim work, vinyl flooring, and tongue and grove plank ceiling. On the exterior we decided against the vinyl siding you see on all these sunrooms and went for a clean look with maintenance free pvc sheets and trim with straight lines to match the fence. It’s always better to work with your property than against it!
