This morning we had a great IKAGG Connect with networking!!! 😊😊 There were some great and inspirational conversations had this morning while we all connected. Friends, we meet every Thursday at Sunny Street Cafe off Manchester 9am to 10:30am for IKAGG Connect!!!

For our regular IKAGG networking, we meet at Llewellyn's in Webster Groves on the third Friday of the month 11:15am to 1pm! Come join us! 😊😊😊

St. Louis brick is beautiful. It's also porous.

After 38 years working on homes across this city, we've noticed something. Those gorgeous brick facades from the 1920s absorb moisture like a sponge. Add tuckpointing that's overdue and a rainy February, and you've got water finding its way into places it shouldn't be.

The leak doesn't always show where the water enters. We've chased moisture from exterior walls in Soulard all the way to interior rooms on the opposite side of the house.

If you've got an older brick home and notice peeling paint or musty spots near exterior walls - that's your clue.

Friends, we have our networking event with Adventures of Intrigue the first Wednesday of the month at 4-7pm! Tonight we had some great connections and great conversation, complete with taco night!!! The first Wednesday of the month, we meet at Concord Church off Tesson Ferry at 8am and the third Wednesday of the month we meet at the Bread Co off Lindbergh in Sunset Hills at 8am!
