Cleaned walls with TSP and water. Repaired many areas on walls, 2-3 coats taping compound, sanded when dry and spot primed. We painted the walls in the color Behr Marquee Ceramic Beige. We used SW Promar ceiling white on the ceilings.

After cleaning and prep, we painted all the ceilings w/ SW Promar ceiling white. The walls were painted w/ Bahr Marquee in SW color Frost Bite, eggshell sheen. We painted the trim and doors, door casings with the wall paint. Pictured is the LR, kitchen, stairwell and half bath. Upstairs we painted 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Painted only the walls and touched up some trim. The top of the kitchen, small hall walls were painted with Behr Marquee Titanium, washable matte. The bottoms of the kitchen walls were painted w/ Gateway Gray, same paint and sheen. The LR, DR, stairwell and upstairs hall were painted with the same paint and sheen in Mesa Taupe
