This older style cape cod home had the nostalgic beach haven look to the exterior of the home. The patio consisted of older worn out red brick patio and stairs. Old masonry 4 foot cinder block wall surrounding the elevated patio. There was 25 to 30 foot cedar trees that were undermining the patio. We completely transformed this property. Installed Skip cherry laurels and Crape Myrtle’s. All of the hardscaping had a new facelift across the board. New kitchen installation. New stairs were installed. Lighting was done on all steps and landscaping as well. Fence will be installed on top of the wall this coming week. Counter top will be installed on kitchen. 12 days massive demolition and installation on this one. Job came out beautiful 👌👌

Progress through 9 days on this job. Full on demolition involving removal of old hardscaping and large masonary walls. We also removed six 25 foot cedar trees that were undermining the old raised patio. New outdoor kitchen will be installed this coming Monday. All new landscaping being implemented as well. Job is coming along nicely. Stay tuned.

Driveway completed this morning. The customer wanted to go with an overall aesthetic look that features the coastal look of this home. The idea of the look was to maintain the old style paver as a pathway to the front stairs picture framing It to see the difference in design.

Paver job that’s complete. Beautiful inviting coastal esthetic look to the front of their property. We removed a large flower bed and ground deck walkways. Replaced with

Driveway extension that ties into pathways to the backyard. Set them up with some border appeal for a flower bed along the house. They are having us back this fall to install the rest of the driveway with the new pavers. .

Pine hall pathway red brick installation. We did a 45 degree angle herringbone on this one. Loving the look of this. The elegance of the red brick is not matched. This driveway came out beautiful.
