--For this project, we brought in our equipment to completely reclaim an overgrown, grassy lane and transform it into a clean, smooth, high-traction surface built to handle daily vehicle traffic:

--Clearing & Subgrade Excavation: Cut back the turf, cleared out root systems, and stripped away soft topsoil to expose a solid base.

--Precision Regrading: Reshaped and established proper slopes so stormwater sheds off the sides instead of pooling in the center.

--Heavy-Duty Stone & Compaction: Spread fresh, high-quality aggregate and mechanically compacted it into place using our CTL skid steer for a tight, durable finish.

80 TONS of stone and one massive road transformation in King George, VA! 🚜💨

Dumping gravel over a bad road might mask the problem for a month, but if the water has nowhere to go, those potholes and washouts are coming right back.

On this recent project out in King George, VA, we took on a long private access road and two connecting residential driveways that were struggling with heavy runoff and washouts. Instead of just spreading rocks, we got to work on the underlying structure:

Corrected the Grade: Reshaped the crown and slope of the road to route standing water off the surface and into proper drainage zones.

Heavy-Duty Resurfacing: Hauled, placed, and spread 80 tons of stone across the main access road and both driveways.

Precision Mechanical Compaction: Compacted and leveled the stone using our CTL skid steer to create a clean, durable, high-traction drive built to withstand heavy weather.

🦌 Food Plot Prep in the Woods! 🚜
We recently wrapped up a project carving out a perfect, secluded spot for a client’s brand-new wildlife food plot in Stafford VA.

For this job, we focused strictly on small-scale clearing and rough grading, taking care of the heavy lifting so the owner can take it across the finish line. We cleared out the thick underbrush, briars, and small saplings while preserving the mature timber to keep that natural, high-draw canopy.

The client is taking over from here—they will be conditioning the soil, disking, and planting their choice of seed themselves just in time for the upcoming seasons.
