🎉 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗢𝗗 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹! 🎉 Today, we celebrated another Professional Occupational Development (POD) graduation, marking a major milestone! For the first time ever, two students (Christian Horne and Jackson Youngs) completed all three trades—electrical, HVAC, and plumbing—earning a spot in an exclusive group within IESR.

A special “thank you” to David Sims, the first Division Manager to send students through all three PODs. To honor his support, Jim Johnson presented him with a symbolic piggy bank, reinforcing that investing in others yields great returns.

Congratulations to Christian, Jackson, and all the graduates for their dedication and hard work! We’re excited to see more future multi-trade professionals rise through the ranks!

Last week, Office Managers from our 70+ locations came together for a dynamic and engaging annual meeting! From hands-on Microsoft Dynamics training to insightful discussions with our COO & Interim President, Matt Simmes, the event was packed with valuable learning and collaboration. Breakout sessions with key departments like Marketing, Safety, and Finance provided specialized insights, while fun team activities kept the energy high.

Beyond the sessions, attendees enjoyed great food at B.B. Italia and Talyards' Brewery, strengthening connections in a relaxed setting. An optional training day on Microsoft 365 and SlickText wrapped up a successful event. Thanks to everyone who participated—we can’t wait to do it again next year!
