Here at MMR, we recently completed the construction of this beautiful modern farmhouse in Greenwich, CT. The foundation is pinned into the ledge of a stone cliff, and the entire house has an in plane base with a 3/8 reveal. To compliment this high vantage point, the great room is cantilevered over the ledge, and has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the backyard and lake.
