EXPERIENCED LEAD TECHNICIANS
BTU Systems of Stamford, CT is looking for new members to add to our Field Service Department. For over 21years, we have been a leader in the service of commercial air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and commercial appliance repair throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
We are searching for experienced technicians in the HVAC-R industry to join our team! BTU Systems is HVAC-R company servicing commercial restaurant equipment across Fairfield and Westchester County. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience installing or servicing commercial systems
• Input details of job into a company iPad such as necessary parts, supplies, equipment, and details of work done specific to each job
• Ability to diagnose and properly repair system and unit problems and install new equipment
• Knowledge of code requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50lbs safely
• Live within Westchester or Fairfield Counties
• Must be willing to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Full-time
• Scheduled paid on-call/standby rotation for emergency service requests (approx. 1 weekend a month)
• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
• Conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities and Job Duties
• General Maintenance on systems and units
• Changing out compressors
• Preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and properly repair system and unit problems
• Preform equipment installs
• Preform service calls
