On August 29, ELM marks 50 years in business. For me, that milestone is both personal and professional, and grounded in the belief that if you take care of people, do good work, and keep your word, you can build relationships that last.
A lot has changed since 1976. What hasn't changed is what matters most: taking pride in going beyond, looking after one another, and knowing that none of us builds anything meaningful alone.
That's what fifty years of means to me. And why I'm grateful to everyone who helped carry my father's founding spirit forward, and made it their own.
