Installed a new system in a basement yesterday! A little rain won't stop our great team from getting the job done! You can see Juan working hard to connect the condenser to get it started up for the coming summer season! On the indoor unit you can see how nice the return ductwork is wrapped for proper insulation, you can see new trap for the condensate, & a brand new filter cabinet was installed! New ductless hyper heat install was done last week!
It was beautifully done by our team!
Hyper heat pumps need to be on a higher stand so that when it snows, it doesn't cover the fan on the side of the unit, which will prevent it from working properly & will damage the unit.
Hyper heat pumps are not only an efficient way to go, but if you have the correct equipment with other requirements, you may be eligible for a rebate and/or a tax credit!

We replaced a roof top unit on a Stamford building. Changing roof top units are very important to supply air through commercial spaces or big residential buildings. A crane is needed to hoist it up & it takes patience, attention to detail, precision, & knowledge to make sure everything lines up the way it should. Our guys make it look like a piece of cake!

We just completed a brand-new installation of a system for a customer of ours. We installed a new heating & cooling unit, removed the old ductwork that was connected to the existing unit & installed new ductwork to adequately heat & cool the space. Our guys made the ductwork themselves & you can see how much care they use when hanging it all. You can even see how hard they turn those tools to create a new zone on the boiler! Everything is pristine from the inside to the condenser outside!

Replacement of an old unit that was taped up & a very rusted pan. We even installed a new filter cabinet. Our guys will remove & breakdown the equipment we replace for you (except oil/propane tanks)! See how much fun they are having! You can even see how dirty condensers can get inside. These particular condensers are over 20 years old! If you have an old system it's a good time to replace it!
