Befores and afters of a home remodel in Albermarle county.
ACC turned this 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath into a 4 bedroom, 2 full tiled baths , with a completely new kitchen and new appliances, refinished hardwood floors, upgraded fixtures, installed new storm doors and gave the decks some tlc.

In 2024, ACC completed the construction of a home that houses some of my favorite people. The residence is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Cape Cod-style home featuring Hardie Plank siding with shingle hardie accents in the gables. It boasts a wraparound porch framed with local rough-sawn lumber and the interior post and beams were wrapped with repurposed cedar boards from an 1880’s school house in Madison. All of this shielded by a galvanized metal roof, sitting on an unfinished basement.

Amazing brick, with hardie plank siding exterior,
10’ ceilings through out, 4 bath, family room, living room, 2 fire places, screen porch and an attached two car garage. This house has it all !
