Thank you to everyone who came out to the dessert to hear updates on our progress and ask questions. Construction in progress! As part of our three step plan, we have begun construction over the receiving area. Enclosure of this area will reduce odors coming from the drying potato matter. Site grading work at our facility is finished! This work will reduce standing water and smells. It's the first step in our three part plan to reduce potato odors by the end of November. Thank you to our neighbors in the community for patience while we continue to make improvements.

Football season is here! Help cheer on our Stanfield Tigers as they travel to John Day on Friday to take on the undefeated Grant Union Prospectors. The game starts at 7:00 pm and you won’t want to miss it!

Some of our neighbors may have noticed construction activity over the last few weeks at the 3D Idapro facility. We're making our first planned improvement, grading our site to reduce standing water. This will help reduce odors from wet potatoes and improve dust control at the same time. This site grading work will be complete by September 15.

Meet the Odor Boss, the industry’s latest and greatest odor eliminator! The Odor Boss uses new technology, water and safe odor control chemicals to lessen industrial odors from, well, smelly potato plants. The Odor Boss was installed last month to combat the odors coming from the receiving area and Stanfield residents say it’s making a difference. While it isn’t perfect, the Odor Boss is working hard to keep our community odor free while we work on implementing long term solutions.

We understand the frustration felt in Stanfield over the strong potato odors during the last few months. The smell is a result of a fire that occurred in our facility last winter which destroyed our odor mitigation systems. We are working hard to solve the issue and are committed to having a new filtration system up and running by November 2017. In the meantime, we've created this page to keep the community updated with our progress.
