Was playing on Facebook earlier this week and a house for sale add popped up and the house looked familiar, so I looked at the add. Turns out it was one of our patio projects form 10 plus years ago, still looks good, multi level, gas fire pit, seating walls and low voltage led lighting. I remember this project, because the neighbors said i was building a monument to myself. Lol I guess I have been leaving monuments to myself all over eastern Iowa for a long time.

We installed a new Keystone retaining wall and fixed some severe water issues for a customer on this project. We removed numerous dump truck loads of soil, a failed timber wall and a failed rubber liner then installed the new wall and re graded the yard to direct surface water away from the problem area. Was the grading and wall were completed the disturbed areas were seeded.

A lot accomplished today even with having 1 truck go down with tire problems for a few hours. 53 ton of rock to widen driveway, started hauling in soil ro raise the grade of the yard around the new driveway, sanded the joints on a small paver patio before a grad party and limbed up 2 trees and cleaned up and hauled off the debris for another customer on the way home.
