Complete Gut , Drywalled With all New Accessories .

Deck Refinish In Bellefonte :

Pressure Washed & Scraped , Then Treated with Mold Killer Prior To Applying Stain / Sealer . Two Coats Of Stain Applied

Bathroom remodel in Toftrees :

Complete gut of original bathroom .

Homeowner chose to retain the pre existing window in the shower , so we were limited to finish options for the shower wall . Fiberglass sheets were used in place of a preformed Shower Surround Unit .

This Bathroom doubles as a laundry room ( Note the laundry chute )

It turned out nice and tidy , with somewhat of a commercial look to it but still a touch of class.

Door slab replacement in Huntingdon area:

Original Flush Panels were replaced with painted Solid Pine Slabs .

Original Ranch Trim was replaced with Colonial Trim .

State College Bath Remodel :

Original wall finish consisted of tile and plaster . Tile was removed and replaced with PVC tongue & groove wainscoat.

The original tub was kept . The existing tile at the tub / shower was removed and replaced with Utile Max System .

Flooring was replaced with premium grade interlocking vinyl .
