I received this in the mail yesterday. It’s nice to know people appreciate the service and knowledge that comes with a reputable and upstanding member of the community.

I just disposed of a 35-year vendor for fuel for my company. I have paid them 3 yes 3 times for my last statement! And guess what, I had to jump through their bu****it procedures to get my fleet cards turned back on. I thought I was good to go. Oh no!! As of today, I provided all necessary information through my bank branch manager only to be told that…. WE CANNOT REINSTATE YOUR FLEET CARDS JUST YET! I said, WHY? They said, we need to contact your bank to make sure this letter is legit. I showed my Italian temper to too many people! Goodbye BIG RED CANOPIED GAS PUMPS! You suspended my cards for the last time! Guess what, I still owe you for this month’s fuel charges….. GOOD LUCK getting it! LMAO 🤣
