On Saturday, our team took to the new Tussey Mountain pickleball courts for the Big Dill Pickleball Classic in support of the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's. It was a fantastic day of friendly competition, teamwork, and giving back.

Thanks to the incredible support of participants, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and community members, the event raised more than $5,500 for the Happy Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's. Congratulations to our tournament winners, and thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success!

Recently, some members of our team participated in hands-on product training in our shop, working directly with the materials and installation techniques used in the field.

At the same time, several of our foremen, leadmen, and crew members began our ongoing Foreman & Field Leader Development Program, focused on strengthening leadership and communication on the jobsite.

We believe in giving our people the tools, training, and support they need to be their best.

We had some special visitors in the shop this week! 👷‍♂️⚙️
Members of Boalsburg BSA Troop 380 stopped by to get a firsthand look at how sheet metal is fabricated and how the equipment we use every day actually works. From watching bends being made to learning why proper safety gear matters, the kids were engaged, curious, and asked some great questions.
We’re always happy to open our doors, share what we do, and give the next generation a behind-the-scenes look at the skilled trades.
