We're excited to see some of our employee's kiddos showing their livestock at this year's Centre County Grange Encampment and Fair. From raising their animals to creating these eye-catching displays, these young exhibitors give it 100%.

Meet Marcon: Mitch!

As a Maintenance Foreman, Mitch helps keep our customers' roofs performing at their best from annual inspections to emergency repairs. During his 12 years with Marcon, he's built strong relationships with every member of the team. As a Penn State Football fan, his favorite project has been working at Beaver Stadium. One piece of advice that has stuck with him came from his first foreman, Kenny: "Just get in there and do it, there's nothing we can't fix!"
