Haven’t posted a lot lately due to the volume of work load we’ve been under, but here’s a few pics of some of our latest work! We are offering a new style 17 seer system designed for mobile homes and stick built homes! Well above efficiency rating of anything ever designed for a mobile home, and at an affordable rate compared! Gree is doing something right with 100% efficiency at -17*, with no backup source of heat!! So long 👋🏻 high power bills due to electric heat strips running during the winter. Their mini splits start at 20 seer and are super efficient little units as well for bonus rooms or finished garages!! This “Renovation” got a whole new makeover & tune up. We replaced rotten flex lines to floor boots full of trash (a hammer as well), to warped filter grilles, relocated thermostat, bathroom vent added, and system serviced 😎💪🏻 Night and day difference not only visually but airflow is 10x better and system now operates efficiently!!

We won’t Name drop, but start to finish a poor quality brand new installation. Boots weren’t crimped into plaster frames, not insulated properly, zero duct design or concern for airflow, not a single support on any of the flex or duct. Night and day transformation to say the least! Great airflow throughout the home now, we also installed a lineset cover on the exterior wall for a more aesthetically pleasing look 👁️ 😎
