Big commercial rough-in for a high-volume restaurant kitchen.

We installed new underground floor sinks + floor drains leading to a large grease trap, then tied the outlet into a concrete-lined ejector tank that discharges to the street connection. We also picked up multiple kitchen fixtures (prep sinks, janitor’s closet, drinking fountain, employee bath) feeding the ejector system.

On the restroom side, we ran new waste + vent for two gang bathrooms with wall-hung carriers, urinals, lavs, and floor drains.
