Went on a call yesterday for "Not enough hot water, it's only warm at best"
The day before, NATIONAL GRID came out to inspect her regulator. After that, the heat wouldn't come on, so they sent the same guy out. He walked in customers home and got real nasty with her. She asked him to leave and he told her fine...."live with no heat".
After all my investigating, we found that the fool shut her curb valve off 98%. He should lose his nice cushy union job for that one, he put the lives of everyone in that house at stake, as the pilots were going out.

When temps drop below freezing, it helps to leave the cabinet doors open under your sinks. It helps keep those pipes from freezing. Also, try leaving all bedroom and bathroom doors open as well to help fully circulate the heat.
