Another great job by our precision crew. Started with a full irrigation system install, we prepped the ground for the new concrete pad. We installed the pergola and ran electrical to it. We planted all plants around the pool and side of the house, put out mulch in all new plant beds. Improved the drainage and layed down another yard full of fresh sod. Here is another Amazing job by precision lawn Maintenance! This property is absolutely beautiful! The property is surrounded by trees with no irrigation but the results from ( before and after pictures ) may have you calling me a liar lol We seeded and aerovated this property in the fall during a heat wave and a drought and still had this amazing return. Also this Yard had it's pre emergent fertilizer 1st round on March 4th and this is a process with weeks and weeks of the right care and maintenance which is the only way to keep a beautiful property!
