Oconee County Superior Court documents show a claim filed by American Express against Ned Michael, DBA Michael Enterprises Pool and Spa was not answered and a final judgment of $12,683.42 plus court cost of $360.48 has been issued. Will he honor his obligation or will a lien have to be filed to compel him? Stay tuned!

American Express has taken civil action and filed a claim against Ned Michael, dba Michael Enterprises Pool and Spa, for defaulting on his obligation to pay his credit account. This publicly available information can be found at PeachCourt.com under SUCV2025000096. Case initiation date listed as 03-05-2025. These documents and many more can be found online at PeachCourt or at the Oconee County Clerk of Court's Office.
Learn before making the same mistake we did in choosing Michael Enterprises Pool and Spa.

After waiting over two months for Ned Michael to schedule with his 'digging man', I found out the building permit was not even requested. The date on the permit doesn't lie, can't say the same for the person requesting it. Construction began on June 1, three months beyond the date of March 1 I was told it would begin.

Ned Michael stated he would NOT pay unless a judge ordered him, He told that to the mediator and later to my attorney just prior to Superior Court. After the Superior Court judge ORDERED him to pay, it was over two months later and a lien obtained against him before he complied.

TEXT MESSAGE FROM NED MICHAEL - Ned Michael promised to replace our defective cleaner but failed to keep his word. Our cleaner that we contracted for and paid for is still in the box leaving us with without a working cleaner.

Ned's PLUMBER, Jeff, installing ELECTRICAL, illegally and not to code using an affidavit that listed an electrician not involved with this project that Ned Michael submitted to Madison County Building Inspector to secure the permit. Ned Michael's negligence put us at risk of fire, shock or death. All had to be torn out and replaced!

A 30 foot long deck crack that resulted from Ned Michael's negligence in addressing a spa leak for sixty days. Ground penetrating radar confirmed a void 2.4 feet deep, running the length of the crack with a second void, 1.2 feet deep, running between the spa and terminating at the retaining wall where I reported seeoage 41 days after the initial leak was reported.
