TEAM HIGHLIGHT: LESLIE CARTER

If you’ve reached out to Courtyard Creations, there’s a good chance you’ve already had the pleasure of talking with Leslie!

As our Sales Manager & Client Experience, Leslie is often one of the first faces (or voices!) our clients get to know. And if there’s one thing that stands out about Leslie, it’s that she genuinely cares about people.

She loves getting to know our clients, hearing their ideas, and helping them turn the space they’ve been dreaming about into something real. From that very first conversation to the finished project, Leslie brings a personal touch and a whole lot of heart to the process.

One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing a homeowner’s vision come to life, knowing that the space our team creates may become the backdrop for family dinners, celebrations, quiet evenings, and countless memories for years to come.

And when she’s not helping clients, Leslie is usually on the go with her own family! Whether it’s a golf course, baseball field, the river for a day of kayaking, a dinner out, live music, or simply spending time with the people she loves, family is at the heart of everything she does.

We’re also lucky to have Leslie as part of the Courtyard Creations team. She brings energy, compassion, a great sense of humor, and a genuine desire to make every client feel valued.

We’ve added new project photos, updated information about what we do, and, most importantly, you can finally meet the people behind Courtyard Creations.
You’ll get to know the team who designs, builds, plans, estimates, creates, organizes, and occasionally argues over who is the smart one and who is the good-looking one.
We’re still waiting for Josh and Todd to settle that one.
