We have another project underway with Shangri-La, converting an existing home into a functional, accessible space for individuals with disabilities.

With demolition complete, our team is now moving into the next phase of the remodel with accessibility at the forefront of the project.

Adapting an existing home to meet ADA requirements takes careful planning. Wider doorways, exterior ramps, and opening up bathrooms for wheelchair mobility are a few of the improvements being made to create a space that is easier to navigate and better suited to the needs of those who will live here.

Thoughtful construction can make a meaningful difference in how people experience and use a space every day.

A recent remodel for Salem Child Development Center gave our team the opportunity to work with an organization doing important work right here in the Willamette Valley.

SCDC provides childcare and early education for local children and families, creating an environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to remodel their facility and for the subcontractors who worked alongside us.

Getting to see SCDC’s work up close gave our team an even greater appreciation for the role they play in our community. We’re glad our work could support theirs.

Our Central Oregon office has a new location!

While we’ve had the opportunity to work on projects throughout the area, having a permanent office gives us an even stronger local presence and allows us to better serve our clients and partners in the region.

One of our recent Central Oregon projects is the clubhouse at the Dry Canyon 55+ community, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build on the relationships and work that brought us here.

We’re nearing the final stretch at Hope Pregnancy Clinic with major milestones being completed inside and out.

Since our last update, the parking lot has been fully paved, with striping still to come, fencing and the automatic gate are in place, and landscaping is officially complete.

Inside, flooring is complete and finish work is underway throughout the building. In the coming weeks, the elevator will be installed, along with the remaining railing and final details.

A special shoutout to Salem Heating & Sheet Metal, Inc. for a job well done on the HVAC installation. With limited floor truss and roof truss space and tight clearances above the ceiling, their team did an excellent job coordinating ductwork, mechanical piping, diffusers, and equipment around the other MEP systems. Their attention to layout and field coordination helped maximize the available space while keeping the installation clean and efficient.

We’re grateful to be completing this work alongside CBTWO Architects and all of the trade partners who have helped move the project forward.

It’s exciting to see this project enter its final stages and to watch the vision for this space become a reality. We’re looking forward to sharing the finished space soon!

Building spaces is what we do, but building relationships and giving back to our community is just as important to us.

After completing a project for Salem Child Development Center, our team wanted to do something special for the kids who fill these spaces every day. So, we brought out the Kona Ice of NW Salem for a sweet summer treat!

SCDC serves children and families throughout the Willamette Valley, providing safe, nurturing, and educational environments where kids can learn, play, and grow.

We’re grateful to have played a small part in supporting an organization that makes such a meaningful impact on our community.

After completing the performing arts stage and public restrooms during Phase 2 of Schooner Creek Discovery Park earlier this year, work is now underway on the next phase of the project.

K&E Excavating has been preparing the site with clearing, grading, and installation of the steel piles that will support the new covered sports court. In the coming weeks, our team will begin construction of the court, along with several covered picnic shelters.

We appreciate the opportunity to continue partnering on a project that will serve as a gathering place for the Lincoln City community.

The 2026 Santiam Music Festival brought together live music, local businesses, and the Santiam Canyon community for two summer evenings at the lake.

We were proud to sponsor an event that celebrates the community while supporting the future of Detroit Lake, Oregon and the Santiam Canyon.

Phase 6 at Salud Medical Clinic in Woodburn, Oregon is complete and staff are preparing to move into the newly renovated space this week.

This phase focused on the medical wing’s northern exam rooms, where new flooring, paint, lighting, and casework have created a brighter, more functional space to better support both staff and the patients they serve.

As work shifts to the final phase of the renovation, we’re one step closer to delivering a fully refreshed space that will continue to serve the Woodburn community for years to come.

With each phase of construction, Pacific Communities Health District’s new housing for healthcare providers moves one step closer to welcoming the professionals who care for the Newport community.

Inside the building, crews are installing the rough mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems. Outside, the building is being wrapped while window installation is underway, bringing the structure another step closer to being dried in. Crews are also pouring the final retaining wall, allowing site grading to move forward.

The transformation of the former U.S. Bank building into the new Santiam Hospital & Clinics Pharmacy is bringing a new healthcare resource one step closer to the Santiam Canyon, made possible with over 75% of the project being funded through grants and donations.

The exterior has been painted, new windows have been installed and drywall is nearing completion. Inside, the pharmacy is taking shape with three walk-up service counters clad in Freres Wood MPP Panel.

With a late summer completion date, the pharmacy will help expand access to healthcare throughout the Santiam Canyon, giving Santiam Hospital further reach in our communities.
