Tips Lawn Care since 1999….
I know I threw this out there last year then we changed our minds BUT we are seriously going to try and sell our GADSDEN/RBC route. It’s 35 accounts, 9 are commercial. 16 are weekly the other 19 are bi-weekly. So so 25 yards a week. This leaves a lot of room for growth. Lawn care has been so good to my family, we are just ready to downsize. Also, if it works out , I will offer the other routes to the buyer 1st when I do get ready to retire(this is an additional 30 accounts and it grosses substantially more. Sale also includes 1-60” x mark, 1 echo w**d eater and 1 stihl blower.
We had a buyer and it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
Several of these account we have maintained for over 15 years, some more, therefore the transition should be smooth. $150,000
