"I overslept the arrival of my service technician by 30 minutes or so (I work 2nd shift at my job), which was horrifying for me. But he was so nice that he stayed in my driveway that entire time. He was kind and understanding. I wish I had gotten his name! He figured out the problem with my AC and fixed it quickly.
