Replaced a whole kitchen line this past weekend for a customer. Th mitchen sink stopped draining completely. They had old galvanized piping going from the kitchen into the crawlspace and over close to the main sewer line. We replaced all galvanized piping with PVC. Also rebuilt the kitchen sink and installed a brand new hose bib to the front of the house. They currently didn’t have one installed on the front side. This made it hard to water flowers for sure.

Installed a new 50 gal electric water. This came with a new shut off valve and expansion tank. The hard water strikes again. Please get your water tested even on city tap. We all have hard water and should be treated. Those days where we drank out of the hose is far gone.

Customer called for a running toilet. You can see why in the picture below. The flush valve cracked and was letting water run into the bowl. We completed a major rebuild which comes with a new fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank to bowl gasket with bolts and supply line.

Customer just got back from holiday vacation to a running shower. After investigating a little bit and pulling the parts. I found some plastic debris inside the cartridge. We rebuilt the shower valve and restored water to the home. This time no leaks.
